Two men from London have been charged in connection with four offences of alleged courier fraud in Devon and Cornwall - one of which involved a pensioner near Exeter.
Abdul Shafee and Rahim Choudhury, both aged 18, are due to appear before Bristol Magistrates’ Court today charged with conspiracy to commit fraud.
The local case involved an attempt to defraud a 70 year old man in Stoke Canon of twenty thousand pounds in April this year.. three similar attempts were made in north Devon around the same time.
