The local Samaritans say they're concerned that many men will be suffering from stress and depression this Christmas - but won't seek help.
With many men finding it increasingly difficult to provide for their families, the charity says they can end up feeling useless.

The Exeter Samaritans are on 01392 411 711 and the branch will be staffed throughout Christmas and New Year.
