It happened in Exeter on Valentines Day
Officers in Exeter are looking for information after a teenage boy was approached by 3 men and told to get into a van.
It happened on Buddle Lane on Thursday 14th February at around 1750.
The teenager refused, and after being "briefly manhandled" he managed to escape.
Police think it's an isolated incident.
The van is described as being grey or silver and of the size of a Ford Transit. One of the men had a ginger beard and is thought to be in his early 20s and one had a hat on which covered his face. There is no description of the third man.
