It happened on Boxing Day.
Police have released details of a number of arrests following an illegal rave on Dartmoor.
The gathering took place at Cadover Bridge near Yelverton overnight on Boxing Day into Friday 27th December.
Chief Supt Matt Longman said: “We attended the scene and worked with individuals to bring about closing the event down.
"Roads were gridlocked and there was limited access for emergency vehicles to attend should they be needed.
“There was at least one medical incident that we could not get an ambulance to, this person was eventually taken to hospital. This highlights the importance of maintaining public safety."
An 18-year-old from Winterslow, Wiltshire has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
A 27-year-old man from Kingskerswell has been arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drink and drugs.
A 26-year-old man from Tavistock has been arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class A drug.
A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class A drug.
A 27 year-old man from South Brent has been charged with driving while over the alcohol limit and released on police bail until 14/1/
