The collision involved a car and a motorcycle
A motorcyclist has died following a crash in the South Hams yesterday evening [19 July].
The incident happened on an unnamed road at Moor Cross in Cornwood just before 6pm, involving a car and a motorcycle.
A 43-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Specialist officers from the Devon and Cornwall Police’s Alliance Roads Policing Team attended along with a Forensic Collision Investigator and Scenes of Crime Officer.
A full investigation of the scene took place and officers are working to establish the cause.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to telephone 101 quoting Log 684 19/07/19.
