They will perform at Exeter Cathedral later this year
Mount Kelly School, based in Tavistock, were crowed winners of the 'Devon schools choir' competition 2018. As a result, the school have earned themselves a 20 minute slot to perform at the CLIC For Christmas concert at Exeter Cathedral later this year.
The annual event at the Cathedral, hosted by La LA Choirs, raised £17,000 last year. Its hoping to raise £20,000 this time out.
"It's an amazing opportunity for a school choir to perform at Exeter Cathedral," says the founder of La La Choirs Samantha Abrahams. "They will perform publicly in a beautiful setting and majestic building. It's going to be a lovely community event."
