Exeter MP Ben Bradsaw is calling on the Education Secretary to clarify the position at Westexe Technology College.
It follows the recent revelations that head teacher Steve Maddern earns £150,000 a year, and his wife £86,000 a year as deputy head.
Mr Bradshaw has called for an urgent investigation into how the school is run, and highlighted the issue with Education Secretary Michael Gove. It's still not clear what action he may recommend.
