Three people have been injured after two cars collided on the Exeter bound carriageway of the A 30 near the city.
The crash happened near Tedburn St Mary and the road was blocked in both directions.
Two air ambulances landed on the carriageway...a man was flown to Derriford hospital in Plymouth with suspected hip and collar bone injuries....A woman was airlifted there with unspecified injuries and A man was taken by land ambulance to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital for an assessment.
The westbound carriageway is fully open...and one lane of the eastbound side has since reopened.
