A man in his 70s found dead at lunchtime
Devon and Cornwall Police has launched a murder investigation after a man was found dead at a home in Paignton.
Officers were called to an address in Midvale Road at 12.36pm and the man in his 70s was found dead.
Police are currently treating the death as suspicious. His next of kin have not yet been informed.
A 41-year-old woman from Paignton has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody at this time.
Emergency services remain at the scene and a cordon is in place.
