Almost 2-thousand properties in Devon and Cornwall have been burgled at least twice in recent years.
Figures from our police force released under the freedom of information act show that between 2008 and 2013, nearly 1 in every 10 raids targeted an address which had already been broken into.
In the same period a total of more than 22,000 homes were burgled across Devon and Cornwall.
