More than 350 jobs could be created if plans to build a new industrial development near Kennford go ahead.
Outline planning permission has been granted for six separate buildings on the former Frank Tucker site at Peamore, intended for use by light industry or storage and distribution.
The proposal also includes a new vehicle access point from the nearby A379.
Teignbridge council, who've granted the permission, said in their local plan that they'd be providing more business units to accomodate new enterprises and allow existing small firms to expand.
