A new minibus is being laid on to take people in the Exmouth and Budleigh areas to local health and hospital services.
Residents will be able to book seats on the bus which will pick them up from their homes and take them to Exmouth Hospital or Budleigh's new Health and Wellbeing centre.
The minibus has been paid for by the Parishes Together fund set up by East Devon district and Devon county councils.
