Mid Devon district council has a new leader. Councillor Clive Eginton is taking over the role from Peter Hare-Scott, who recently decided to step down but continue as a member of the Cabinet.
Councillor Eginton, the ward member for Taw Vale, will lead the council through the elections next May and beyond.
