Elderly and disabled people could face new restrictions on the use of their bus passes, under plans by Devon county council.
It needs to cut its public transport budget by a hundred thousand pounds and has launched a consultation on the proposals.
They include stopping people using the passes on park and ride services to Exeter RD&E hospital or county hall... or on buses mainly used by school children or tourists.
The council says it has no plans to withdraw any bus routes.
