Bicton College is to start hosting education events - after being granted a zoo licence.
Bicton's stock includes farm animals, reptiles, birds, snakes, ring-tailed lemurs and skunks.
Students will act as handlers, and give talks - so they're better able to move into jobs that involve animals AND the public.
Children will be welcome at ranger-events, partly under the guidance of students.
