Special rescue team from Exeter drags bullock from watery distress
A special rescue team from Exeter's been on Dartmoor this afternoon to rescue a bull from a bog.
Fire crews were called to the bovine in distress at about quarter to one this lunchtime.
They had to abandon the fire engine and do the last part of the journey on foot to reach the animal between Sourton Cross and Branscombe Loaf.
They found the bullock up to its neck in a watery bog, and managed to get it out unharmed.
