Three of Devon’s four main hospitals are free of covid-19 patients, with no patients across Devon and Cornwall on ventilators.
North Devon hospital hasn't had any inpatients testing positive for covid-19 for more than three weeks – while it is two weeks since such a patient was in Torbay Hospital.
Derriford Hospital in Plymouth has been free of coronavirus patients since 23 April, which was the first time since September 19 that the hospital has had no such patients.
Across Devon, the number of patients in hospital has dropped to 11 from 13, based on the figures showing the position as of Tuesday morning (April 27) - all of them at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (down one from last week).
