A Crediton woman is working to spread awareness of a rare type of cancer - which sadly killed her husband last year.
Mark Matthews died of the bile duct cancer which spread to his liver - as happens in many cases.
His wife Terry says there's very little information about it online, and even the medical profession don't seem to recognise the condition until it's too late - yet there is a simple test which can detect it in time for potentially life-saving treatment.
And an open day is taking place today in Crediton to raise money and awareness - as well as to remember Mark Matthews.
