Proposals for 1,350 new homes in Exminster go before councillors this morning.
Teignbridge's planning committee will be discussing the development which also includes a school, community hall, infrastructure and public spaces.
It's only an outline planning application being considered today but local councillor Alan Connett has concerns about a lack of visitor parking and the securing of land for another, secondary school.
He says these should be considered now rather than later.
