VIDEO: Some roads impassable a week after heavy rain
A number of villagers in Payhembury in East Devon are still unable to drive to and from their homes because of floodwater. Although there's little danger of homes being flooded, Warren Close is cut off. "Marooned" is the word of one resident.
The water will need to be pumped away. Devon County Council says its the duty of the owner of the land where a drain has become blocked to sort it out.
