Man arrested in Bovey Tracey incident
A woman has life-changing injuries after being hit by a car in Bovey Tracey on Saturday afternoon.
A bronze coloured Jaguar XE collided with the pedestrian at around 2pm, leaving her in hospital with serious leg injuries.
Scene of crime officers joined their traffic colleagues in working at the scene, and a man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
Police have thanked the public for their patience while they investigated the scene. They are now appealing for witnesses to this collision, especially anyone who has dash cam footage, to contact them on 101, quoting log 598 of 15 August.
