Exeter City's Steve Perryman is expected to leave hospital this week.
A month after a major heart operation, the club's Director of Football will go home tomorrow.
Steve collapsed while watching Exeter's last game of the season at the beginning of May. He was taken to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth for emergency surgery, and transferred to hospital in Exeter last week.
Doctors are stressing he still has a long recovery period ahead of him.
