There are plans to build around 1,000 new homes on the edge of Exeter
Developers Eagle One have put forward proposals for a new neighbourhood of 350 homes at Monkerton linked to an urban village of 580 homes called Tithebarn Green alongside Exeter Science Park.
The planning application has gone to Exeter city council and East Devon because the 50-hectare site straddles Exeter's boundary.
