Exmouth Rugby club's relocation to the playing fields at the former Rolle College looks set to take an important step forward this summer.
The club have just been promoted to National League Two and are keen to move into upgraded facilities.
They, East Devon district council and the company Eagle One who own the land at Rolle are working together, and it's hoped that a planning application for the work needed at Rolle will be ready this summer.
The plans for the new facilities include two full-size and two junior pitches, a clubhouse, and parking for spectators.
