Plans to create student housing on land near Exeter City's football grounds have been submitted to the council. A date has yet to be set when the planning committee will meet to make a decision.
The planning application for St James' Park includes student accommodation blocks that could be 6 storeys high and house up to 330 students.
The application also includes many improvements for spectator and player facilities including a new grandstand and away stand.
The plans also include new toilets for the Big Bank stand and facilities for players, managers and referees under the main stand.
The student housing is needed to help pay for planned improvements to the grounds.
