PLANS have been unveiled for a new hotel on the outskirts of the city.
The 102-bed Premier Inn is planned to sit on the junction of Honiton Road and Fitzroy Road and would create 65 new jobs.
It is part of a larger development south of the Met Office which will also include business premises, storage units, shops, takeaways and nearly 600 car parking spaces and which was given outline planning permission in June.
