The Highways Agency is to improve the busy Splatford Split junction on the A38 and A30 near Exeter.
The plans include building an extra lane for traffic merging with the A38 from the A380, to reduce congestion.
A public exhibition is taking place in Kennford this Friday and Highways Agency representatives will be on hand to answer any questions.
