Police are appealing for information following an alleged incident of indecent exposure on Exeter High Street.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area between 5.30am
and 7am on New Year's Day who may have seen something suspicious or who
recognise the man pictured.
Any information can be passed to the Police by calling 101 and quoting DE/12/99.
