Jason House was originally charged with attempt to cause grievous bodily harm with intent in September 2016.
The 35-year old is suspected of breaching his conditions of court bail
He's described as white, 5ft 9ins tall, of medium build, with blues eyes and a bald/clean shaven head.
Police say he is not considered a direct threat to the public.
