Police have taken action against 59 motorists after an operation on the M5 near Exeter yesterday - tackling dangerous driving behaviour.
They were looking out for people speeding, using mobile devices, not wearing seatbelts or under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
31 were caught speeding, 14 using mobiles, four not wearing seatbelts - and two driving without due care and attention, but not over the limit.
Others had committed offences relating to driving licences, MOT or insurance.
