Police are appealing for witnesses to an accident on the M5 yesterday afternoon.
A Peugeot 206 on the slip road at Junction 27 came off the road and overturned into a ditch, at about 12.45pm.
The motorway was closed in both directions to allow the air ambulance to land and one of the car's occupants, a child, was flown to hospital.
Three other people in the car were uninjured.
