It started on Tuesday morning (29th October)
Fire crews were called to Hyde Road at 5.16am this morning by a member of the public.
Engines from Paignton and Torquay were sent to the scene and found the fire involved the shop front of a property.
Crews extinguished the fire and used a fan to clear the building of smoke.
Police are now investigating.
