Three men have been arrested in Exeter by police investigating modern day slavery and human trafficking.
Officers raided five premises including two car washes in Heavitree Road and Pinhoe.
The investigation also relates to money laundering and labour exploitation.
The Inland Revenue, Immigration service and Red Cross are also involved.
