It happened last June
A woman in her teens, was feeling unwell and was sat in the bus station on Friday 22nd June at 1am.
The suspect walked her around to a loading bay before assaulting her.
He is described as a white male, in his early 20’s in age, clean shaven, dirty blonde hair, shaved at the sides, wearing a red and black checked shirt.
Initial investigations at the scene and CCTV enquiries proved negative.
The female victim was supported by specialist officers in North Devon and along with another witness provided this E-fit.
