Police have confirmed that the suspect devices that caused parts of Exeter City Centre to be sealed off for much of the day were harmless.

The Devon and Cornwall Force have released images of the suspicious packages, which turned out to be suitcases filled with electrical equipment.
They were found in York Road and King William Street and led to surrounding areas being sealed off for more than 8 hours.
Following events yesterday, police have stepped up patrols in Exeter to reassure residents and businesses.
