A lorry driver died in the head on collosion.
Police are appealing for witnesses to a fatal lorry crash on the A35 in East Devon.
2 HGV's were involved in the head on collision near Axminster at around 5.50am on Monday (29th April 2019).
The 54 year old driver of one of the lorries died at the scene and the other, a 36 year old man from Bristol is at Derriford hospital in Plymouth with serious leg and head injuries.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw a white articulated lorry, towing a rust-coloured shipping container, from Dorchester into Devon between 4.30am and 6am on Monday.
