A cowardly distraction burglar has targeted an elderly woman in Exeter.
He talked his way into her home in Salter's Road by saying he'd come to check on her windows.
After he left she realised that her purse had been taken from her handbag.
The man was aged about 40 and smartly dressed, with a slim build, short black hair and a very pale face.
