South West water's profits have gone up by a massive ten point eight per cent.
The Exeter based firm's owners,Pennon, have today announced their pre tax results are up to a hundred and sixty two and a half million pounds for the year to the end of March.
Chairman Ken Harvey says this has been a year of significant achievement for the group, and their customer service improved despite last year's hot summer and the winter floods. He maintains they've performed well and have put in a strong performance.
