Protesters will be demonstrating in Feniton today... against new planning regulations they say amount to a 'developers' charter'.
Under new legislation coming into force this week, councils will have much less scope to refuse permission for large housing developments if they haven't got an official 'local plan'.
A protest march is taking place in Feniton, where there are currently applications to build around 300 homes awaiting approval from the district council.
