An Exeter drug treatment service is raising concerns about potential cuts in funding - at a time when more people are needing help for addiction to heroin and crack cocaine.
The RISE service is worried that its income will be reduced as a result of cuts to the Government's public health grant to the county council.
Part of the grant helps fund organisations tackling drug and alcohol abuse.
RISE says while heroin and crack use isn't widespread across Devon, there are more and more people needing long-term help with Class A drug addictions.
