Four East Devon schools have been awarded funding to help them teach pupils entrepreneurial skills.
Exmouth Community College, the Kings school in Ottery St Mary, and Exeter's St James's and West Exe successfully applied to the county council for the money.
The funding will be used to give pupils more of the skills needed by employers - as well as the motivation and confidence to work for themselves.
A total of 113 thousand pounds was given out to nine schools across Devon - but there are no details of the individual grants.
