Life-changing injuries for one driver near Barnstaple
A collision between an agricultural quad bike drawing a trailer and a motorbike on Wednesday has left the biker in hospital with life-changing injuries.
The incident, at around 7.20pm, occurred outside Dean Farm, Goodleigh, Barnstaple.
As a result of the collision, the motorcycle rider, a 45-year-old male from the Braunton area, suffered serious head injuries and was airlifted to Derriford Hospital. The rider of the quad bike, a 73-year-old local man, isn't hurt.
The road was closed for a while for a forensic investigation..
