Reset your preset!
Listeners across Devon can enjoy a crisper, clearer experience starting today (April 2) as Radio Exe officially upgrades its digital signal.
As of 11 AM, the station has transitioned from standard DAB to DAB+, a technical leap that allows for a higher bitrate, delivering "crystal clear" stereo sound across the county.
While the upgrade promises better audio quality, it may temporarily cause the station to disappear from some digital displays.
To keep listening, Radio Exe advises the following: If you lose the signal, run a "quick scan" or "auto-tune" on your DAB radio.
Reset Your Presets: Once the station reappears, you may need to re-save it to your favourite preset buttons.
If you listen through FM, smart speakers, or the Radio Exe app, your service remains unchanged - though now with the added benefit of a superior digital alternative for your car or home radio.
