Services on the main Paddington rail line have been halted by flooding near Exeter.
It's believed the problem is at Cowley Bridge and the water is above the rails.
Great Western and Cross Country services have been halted in both directions.
A spokesman says it's frustrating for customers, but they're in the hands of Network rail, who are inspecting the track.
