Maternity services provided by the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital Trust have been given a vote of confidence by local women.
The trust is responsible for the maternity services in Exeter, Tiverton and Honiton.
The Care Quality Commission sent out a questionnaire to all women who gave birth in February this year and received 160 responses.
They rated their care during labour and birth very highly, and were particularly impressed with how they and their partners were involved in decisions about it.
