Thirty-eight jobs have been saved in Exeter after the local branch of the troubled fashion chain Republic was bought by Sports Direct.
They've reached a deal with the adminstrators to buy 116 of the chain's 121 shops, its head office, and the brand itself.
Sports Direct say the brand Republic is well recognised for offering quality, high fashion goods, and they've made this investment to secure its future and high street presence.
