The number of people contacting lawyers over the norovirus outbreak at an Exeter restaurant continues to rise daily.
A hundred and nine people have now got in toucn witih specialists Irwin Mitchell who're investigating to see if there are grounds for claiming compensation from the Toby Carvery.
Sue Hutchings is one of the people hoping for a payout.
She and her two sons visited the restaurant in Rydon Lane on April 1st and became violently ill the following evening.
Sue went on to develop bronchitis and still hasn't been able to return to work, three weeks after the initial illness.
