The owners of the gutted Royal Clarence Hotel in Exeter have revealed that it will be rebuilt.
Andrew Brownsword hotels say they want to do it with enormous sympathy to its heritage and importance and they'll make it a building that the City of Exeter will be proud of again.
Preparations are being made this morning for the demolition of the ruins of the building.
It's thought the front wall will be brought down tomorrow and contractors, the Wring Group, are on site today making their plans.
