An investigation's been launched after a young female rugby player from Exeter, died after suffering a head injury during a match on Sunday.
23 year old Lily Partridge, a member of the Topsham based Exonian Ladies, had a history of concussion, but had taken the recommended time off and consulted a doctor before playing again.
However the Rugby Football Union is looking into the circumstances.
