It's been revealed that media coverage of the Rugby World Cup in Exeter last autumn was worth the equivalent of one and a half million pounds' worth of advertising.
More than 34 million people around the world saw television and other media coverage featuring Exeter.
The full economic benefits will be known later this year - when other possible benefits, such as summer visitor numbers attracted by the coverage, have been analysed.
